Pixie is a mobile application that allows users to upload images and apply creative transformations using artificial intelligence, including humorous edits and themed styles.
To access certain features of Pixie, users must register via Firebase Authentication. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
When you upload images, they are processed using external AI tools (including OpenAI) to generate visual transformations. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process the images for the purpose of providing the service.
Usage of AI transformations may be limited based on your subscription plan or credits. We store your request history in Firestore to enforce fair usage and monitor abuse.
Pixie uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable pricing, payment, and billing terms. Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
You are solely responsible for the images and content you upload. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
We respect your privacy. We collect personal information such as your email and usage history to provide and improve the service. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
All trademarks, service marks, logos, and content associated with Pixie are the property of the app creator or their licensors. You may not copy or use them without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
Pixie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, available at all times, or that results will meet your expectations.
To the extent permitted by law, Pixie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pixie after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
